May be by discord ( ctrlsaint ), VGen, Kofi messaging.[♡] INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
Non-commercial and personal commissions: May be used for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, banners, gifts.
May not be used for any profit-related purpose (e.g., merchandise).Commercial commissions: Requires additional charges, and must be agreed upon prior to starting the commission. Clients are required to explicitly specify intended use (e.g., merchandise, promotional materials).Complex designs, tight deadlines, or specific licensing requirements may incur additional fees. These must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.I retain the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio unless we agree otherwise.[♡] PAYMENT:
I will start drawing once payment has been made 50% and before I send full result, I require a full payment. Payment can be by Paypal Invoicing, Kofi donations or VGen. I do NOT accept any other form of payments.[♡] REVISIONS:
I will allow you 3 revisions MAX.
Modifications and changes are made during sketching phase. When I start line art, minor changes allowed. When I start coloring, no more request changes unless it's a mistake on my part. Any big additional changes will be charged extra.[♡] DEADLINE + DELIVERY:
Will take me 3-4 days to a week (depending on queue/ complexity). I will deliver your commission via discord or gdrive uploads[♡] USAGE:
I still own the rights to my art so please do not claim as your own/trace/ai
Commission order must be clear and VISUAL references must be provided (I will not work based on description). Please leave credit behind when posting on social media.[♡] REFUNDS:
Refund are only allowed if I have yet to start on your order, or unless I have failed to complete my commission within the explicitly agreed upon deadline date.Breaking any of these terms may result in blacklisting from future commissions, with or without prior notice.
